By using SecretSpark ("the service"), you agree to the following terms.
SecretSpark lets you send anonymous messages, surprises, and notifications to recipients you choose, through Email, SMS, Telegram, or WhatsApp. You are responsible for the content you send and for having the recipient's consent to contact them.
You may not use SecretSpark to send harassing, threatening, unlawful, or abusive content, or to contact anyone without a legitimate personal relationship or reason to do so.
Each SecretSpark moment is billed at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All sales are final.
If a message genuinely fails to reach the recipient due to a delivery issue on our side, we will automatically resend it once delivery is confirmed to be possible. We do not offer cash refunds for delivery issues — our commitment is to make sure your message gets delivered, not to reverse the payment. A message that was successfully delivered but has not yet been opened by the recipient is not considered a delivery failure and is not eligible for a resend or refund.
We aim to keep SecretSpark available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Delivery channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Email) depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.
SecretSpark is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including failed or delayed message delivery.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
